Horrible from the start. I went in as an emergency patient in complete agony my first time. Signed in and noticed many patients walking in being seen before me. I realized this and approached the front desk to ask if I was registered to be seen. After about an hour waiting the young unprofessional girl says oh what's your name? I said I signed the board and been waiting. Without any apology or excuse of any she asks me for my insurance card and registered me. I said to her I am an emergency patient do you take emergencies first or hows it work? She had no compassion of any and says they'll call you next. Well next came and I still had to ask when will I be seen. So after 2 hours of agony pain they called me in. I go in, the technician took my panoramic xray explaining step by step. Dr. George" comes in doesn't explain my xray says which tooth i point to the back he says okay im gonna numb you and be right back. Still no conversation of my xray. He returns after a few grabs the "wrench" and goes in and takes the tooth out being a little rough and without empathy. The technician then walks away with the tray and my tooth that I had to ask can I see how many you took out being there's

I just had another tooth extracted by Dr. Georgiev and it was so completely painless that I was amazed. In fact, the entire staff -- from the front reception desk to the dental assistants -- are just as wonderful and caring as the doctors are. I am so glad that I found this office over a year ago. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Paramount to anyone who is looking for excellent dental surgery, along with a positive atmosphere.

I had my wisdom tooth and a cyst removed by Dr. Katz about a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Paramount Oral Surgery. Dr. Katz took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood the entire procedure. He even identified a problem I didn’t know I had—one that required immediate attention. I truly appreciated his thoroughness and expertise. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and never rushes through questions. The entire staff is equally wonderful. When I had some concerns after the procedure, they accommodated me with a same-day visit, which gave me great peace of mind. I’m very pleased with the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Katz!

Dr. Sheen and the entire staff were amazing! Genuinely an 11/10 experience. Dr. Sheen talked me through everything as he was completing my wisdom tooth extraction. They made sure I was comfortable, made payment simple, and the entire process from consult to operation as painless as can be! I hope to not need an oral surgeon in the future, but I will be back at this location if I do! Thank you to Dr. Sheen and the staff!

You spend more time waiting in the reception area than actually getting treated inside—the speed is incredible, wow! My husband had a tooth extracted, and it was so fast that I was completely amazed... they are very professional, wow. The staff is super friendly; this just happened 20 minutes ago. Honestly, my husband didn't think they'd be able to extract the tooth—wow, thank you so much. Highly recommended.
